The Role
We are on the lookout for passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen brigade as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie for the 2026 season. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be instrumental in upholding The Rooster’s hospitality standards while crafting delightful culinary experiences for our guests. Our kitchen is equipped with modern tools and facilities, including a wood-fired oven and an Argentinian grill, allowing for both innovative and traditional cooking techniques.
