What Does a Patient Care Coordinator Do?

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Warmly greet every patient and visitor to foster a welcoming environment.
- Handle scheduling of new referrals via phone and fax from patients and physician offices.
- Verify patients' insurance coverage efficiently.
- Collect patient payments accurately and promptly.
- Maintain an organized and orderly front office workspace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

- Conduct welcome calls and influence patient arrival rates through excellent customer experiences.
