- Schedule appointments for new referrals received via fax or phone from patients and physician offices.

- Process patient payments efficiently.
- Keep the front office organized and orderly.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) plays a key role in supporting clinic growth through effective practice management and patient intake processes. You will collaborate closely with the Clinic Director (CD) to implement efficient clinic procedures while embodying the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.

- Collect all payments due at the time of service.
- Convert patient referrals into evaluations.
- Effectively schedule patient visits.
- Deliver exemplary customer service.
