Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet every visitor who enters the clinic.
- Schedule appointments for new referrals received via fax or telephone from patients and physician offices.
- Verify patients' insurance coverage.
- Process patient payments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
