As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating lasting first impressions and ensuring that every member's experience is seamless, personalized, and reflective of our brand values.
Core Responsibilities
Member Experience and Hospitality
- Greet and assist patients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor that embodies the Marquis MD standard.
- Anticipate member needs, delivering a personalized and effortless experience.
- Maintain an organized and sophisticated reception area.
- Handle all interactions with discretion, empathy, and care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient flow.
Scheduling and Coordination
- Oversee appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Assist with membership inquiries, renewals, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate referrals and necessary follow-ups.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Address phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Keep organized and accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Assist with forms, billing coordination, and various correspondence.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve front-of-house efficiency.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous consumer-facing experience in high-end hospitality (luxury hotels, private clubs, or upscale retail).
- Experience serving discerning clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A polished appearance that aligns with the Marquis MD brand.
- The ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
