We are seeking a Patient Liaison to become an integral part of our exceptional team at our Houston, TX clinic. In this role, you will be the friendly and professional face of our clinic, providing a warm welcome to our patients. Ideal candidates will possess a natural aptitude for customer service, demonstrate compassion, and exhibit outstanding attention to detail.
Our clinics operate seven days a week, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. As this is an on-site role, candidates must be ready to cover shifts with minimal notice (within 45 minutes) when necessary.

What You’ll Do
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Patient Check-In, Registration, and Check Out
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Verify patient identity and required documentation.
- Assist patients with completing registration and intake forms as needed.
- Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
- Educate patients on post-scan expectations.
- Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, stocked, and operates efficiently.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Encourage patient feedback and foster a positive clinical experience.
