We are seeking a dedicated Patient Liaison to join our exceptional team at our Houston, TX clinic. You will be the first face our patients see, delivering a warm, professional, and polished presence. This position is ideal for individuals with a natural flair for customer service, a compassionate attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
Our clinics operate up to seven days a week, requiring a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. As this is an on-site role, candidates should be prepared to cover shifts on short notice, ideally within a 45-minute window.
Candidates must be able to work 4x10 hour shifts, including weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties
- Patient Check-In, Registration, and Check-Out
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Verify patient identity and required documentation.
- Assist patients in completing registration and intake forms as necessary.
- Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments.
- Educate patients on what to expect after their scans.
- Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
- Maintain an organized, stocked front desk area that operates smoothly.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
