We operate from vibrant locations including the Mission District in San Francisco, SoHo in New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.
The Role
We are seeking a pivotal team member to assist in developing Abridge's payer vertical. This role will collaborate closely with the entire New Verticals team, payer clients, and cross-functional partners to facilitate product discovery, engage customers, coordinate internally, and drive early commercialization efforts.
This customer-facing position is deeply integrated with payer partners, ensuring the establishment of effective internal processes and playbooks for long-term success.
Reporting to the VP of New Verticals, you will partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategic Finance, and our health system and health plan clients to secure new payer business, refine the product experience, and expand our payer offerings.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive healthcare knowledge, robust commercial instincts, and the capability to function as a business owner. You excel in building from the ground up, flourish in uncertain environments, and adeptly transition between strategic thinking and execution while collaborating effectively across teams.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Commercialization Support
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with payer organizations to generate new business and enhance the adoption of Abridge’s payer products.
Aid in pipeline development through comprehensive research on payer prospects, formulating a sales strategy, and monitoring engagement progress.
Create compelling value propositions, pricing frameworks, and ROI analyses for emerging payer opportunities.
