About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Payment Systems Analyst to become a vital part of our team.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our card services, support various teams, and ensure adherence to banking and regulatory standards. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily operational tasks and housekeeping activities to ensure efficient card service operations.
- Assist the Customer Experience and Card Operations teams with card-related issues.
- Partner with third-party processors for regular maintenance and troubleshooting on the platform, ensuring swift resolutions to technical problems.
- Compile and maintain a detailed Standard Operating Manual (SOM) for all card services.
- Recognize operational risks and develop effective management strategies.
- Create timely ad-hoc and periodic reports as needed by the Business or Card Operations.
- Regularly evaluate card services and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to card-related projects by providing necessary technical support and expertise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking, regulatory, and industry standards, including PCI-DSS, related to card services.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead to support departmental objectives.
- Escalate technical challenges to appropriate resources as needed and oversee the resolution process to minimize service disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Payment Systems and related technologies.
