JOB SUMMARY
As an integral member of the Accounting Department, the Payroll Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the precise and timely processing of all company payrolls, along with associated reporting and reconciliation tasks. This position is vital for maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, working closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate payroll accounting and financial reporting.
The Payroll Administrator is the primary contact for payroll operations within the Finance team, collaborating cross-functionally with Human Resources and external payroll providers to uphold data integrity, address issues, and guarantee that employees receive their compensation accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous, analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
