About the Opportunity:
In collaboration with HR, the Payroll and Benefits Manager will oversee salary management (including social charges) and benefits administration.
Payroll and Compensation:
- With the support of the team, prepare fixed elements such as salaries, leave, variable components, sick leave, and mandatory declarations.
- Ensure accurate personnel records in compliance with legal obligations.
- Compile social balance sheets and dashboards to monitor personnel metrics, payroll costs, and absenteeism; gather and analyze data.
- The Payroll Manager is expected to stay updated on all legal obligations related to personnel administrative management.
