We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HRIS Manager to lead the reorganization of our payroll service and assist in the development of new tools. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise and a proven track record in payroll software migration projects.
- You will serve as both the project manager for payroll/HRIS and a seasoned payroll manager, overseeing a team of 10 members responsible for payroll and personnel administration.
- You will produce reporting elements requested by senior management and finance departments.
- You will be the primary point of contact for team members regarding payroll-related queries and HR/ADP tools.
Main Responsibilities:
Team management and expert support on complex payroll and ADP configurations:
- Collection, processing, and integration of variable payroll elements, complete payroll processing, control of social charges, and managing relations with social security agencies, DSN, sickness, and insurance.
- Assistance in the technical and functional follow-up of payroll over time (modifications, evolutions, external audits).
- Deployment of HRIS modules (employee portal, time management, etc.).
- Technical and regulatory monitoring to ensure continuous skill development within the team.
- Strategizing on the evolution and migration towards tools linked with financial, accounting, and IT management.
- As part of the modernization of payroll tools, create a functional and technical specifications document for selecting and deploying an HRIS payroll/ADP, analyzing existing processes and identifying automation, reliability, and simplification opportunities.
Social management control:
Participation in payroll and HR projects (analysis, testing), collection, analysis, and synthesis of data in the form of dashboards; defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators, and producing payroll extractions for periodic needs and salary mass tracking.
