We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to oversee our U.S.-based, multi-state payroll operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time throughout the employee lifecycle, while collaborating closely with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and internal People teams.
This role combines payroll operations, compliance, and employee experience, requiring a detailed-oriented approach and hands-on engagement as our company continues to expand.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete U.S. payroll cycle across multiple states, including semi-monthly payroll for all employees.
Oversee payroll systems and processes to guarantee accurate wage calculations, overtime, variable compensation, and reimbursements.
