YOUR MISSION
As a Payroll Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our employees. You will manage payroll operations, pension contributions, quarterly incentive schemes, and the seamless operation of our payroll platform. Collaborating closely with the People and Finance teams and key stakeholders, you will uphold data integrity and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess robust financial knowledge, particularly in payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls, coupled with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside adept stakeholder management capabilities, are essential. You will demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach in your role, continuously seeking improvements. Proficiency in payroll systems and organization is crucial, as is the ability to meet stringent deadlines and collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and stakeholders. Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organization, along with a CIPP qualification or equivalent, is highly desirable.
