Your Role:
As the PCX Lead, you will blend strategy, data, and personalization, serving as a CRM strategist, loyalty architect, and account leader for a regional airline. You should be well-versed in customer experience design and technical enablement, with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Cloud. You will spearhead CRM and loyalty strategy, while enhancing client engagement through personalized solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design the Loyalty and Guest Experience framework, creating multi-channel engagement programs aligned with client CRM and marketing objectives.
- Lead the CRM strategy roadmap, overseeing audience segmentation, decision-making logic, lifecycle planning, and creative frameworks.
- Drive the advancement of creative CRM and eDM strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Develop journey blueprints, playbooks, and measurement frameworks for continuous optimization.
- Manage the development of data-driven, trigger-based customer journeys and engagement use cases.
- Collaborate with the data team to define progressive profiling, audience enrichment, and decision-making logic, ensuring effective strategy execution.
