Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA), you will be an integral part of the anesthesia care team, administering anesthesia primarily for surgical patients under the age of 18, ensuring their safety and comfort.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologist assistants, residents, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals, to create tailored care plans for pediatric patients. You will prepare and administer anesthetic agents, monitor vital signs, and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures.
Your dedication to patient safety, detail-oriented nature, and ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations will be vital in managing complex cases and addressing potential complications.
