About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic and supportive team at our Aurora clinic. Position Highlights:
- Location: In-person at our Aurora clinic
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday with optional Saturday morning sessions
- Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 4–10s schedule available for full-time therapists
- Flexible part-time schedules based on clinic needs
Session Requirements:
- Monday–Thursday: Capacity for 10 sessions of 30 minutes each
- Friday: Capacity for 8 sessions of 30 minutes each
Clinic Operational Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Flexibility in scheduling is available to meet session requirements
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $60,000 – $104,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in both outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, family-centered care
- Efficiently complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation
