About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver in-home therapy for children from birth to 18 years in Broomfield, CO. You will engage directly with families to promote developmental milestones and enhance daily functioning through personalized care in a supportive, familiar environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
- Part-Time Caseload: 10–20 visits per week
- Flexible Schedule: Tailored to support a balanced work-life dynamic while achieving your career objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and create tailored treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional abilities
- Educate families and caregivers on how to support therapy goals at home
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
