Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at our facility in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional, comprehensive therapy services to pediatric clients in a vibrant, family-oriented environment.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: In-Person
- Schedule: Monday & Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends)
- Compensation: $60,000 – $104,000 per year
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in both outpatient and virtual settings.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, family-centered care.
- Complete assessments, progress notes, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients facing a variety of developmental delays and disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide therapy services with compassion and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with fellow therapy team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed records of client progress.
Requirements:
- Must hold the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification for Registered Occupational Therapist.
- Completion of therapist-level fieldwork requirements in accordance with the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists.
- Must be licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date.
