Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a passionate CFY Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based therapy to pediatric clients aged 0-18 in Lakewood, CO. In this role, you will support children's communication, language, and feeding development through individualized therapy delivered in their own home environment.
Compensation and Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits (SOC): $50.00 - $60.00 per SOC visit
- Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and formulate customized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services for speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and swallowing
- Educate families and caregivers to facilitate therapy carryover at home
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with home health regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Qualifications:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) by ASHA or eligibility to obtain it
- SLP License in Colorado or eligibility to obtain it
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology
