Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver exceptional, child-centered speech and language services within a nurturing and collaborative environment. In this role, you will engage with children and their families to assess communication needs, design personalized treatment plans, and implement effective therapy sessions that foster meaningful progress, all while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and establish clear, measurable objectives.
Provide engaging and effective therapy addressing diverse communication needs such as speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency issues, voice concerns, and social communication.
Offer coaching and strategies for caregivers to facilitate therapy carryover at home.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress updates.
Collaborate with supervisors, interdisciplinary teams, and referral sources as necessary.
Engage in mentoring and clinical guidance, along with ongoing professional development opportunities.
Manage a consistent caseload through effective organization and time management skills.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Georgia SLP license or Clinical Fellow eligibility (new graduates welcome); CCC-SLP applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Experience working with pediatric populations through externships, internships, or clinical practice.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to follow-through.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
CCC-SLP credential with at least one year of pediatric experience.
Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), early intervention techniques, or neurodiversity-affirming practices.
Ability to work across multiple locations and establish strong family rapport.
