Key Responsibilities
- Coach leadership and line management in conducting effective performance reviews and appraisals.
- Ensure performance reviews are fair, consistent, unbiased, and aligned with company values and goals.
- Hold management accountable for the regular execution of reviews and appraisals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to pinpoint skills gaps and training needs.
- Design and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career progression.
- Create and implement strategies focused on employee engagement and retention, ensuring a motivated workforce.
- Advise management on employee relations issues, offering guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary measures.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and training on office policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback from surveys and performance assessments to inform HR strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support recruitment efforts and participate in interviews.
Qualifications
- Education/Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a people management role, with a strong background in performance management and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and coach effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
