Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People Partners to provide insights and support for strategic HR planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, managing routine inquiries and escalating complex issues to People Partners as necessary. Utilize Flashbot for handling standard queries.
- Oversee performance management processes, guiding both employees and managers through evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate training initiatives in partnership with the Learning & Development team, tracking completion rates and professional development progress.
- Facilitate change management efforts alongside People Partners and business leaders, applying effective strategies for communication and implementation of organizational shifts.
- Communicate HR policies clearly to employees, ensuring compliance and accountability in collaboration with management. Encourage the use of Flashbot for routine HR inquiries.
- Administer employee engagement activities and surveys, working closely with People Partners to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Compile and analyze HR data to support People Partners, contributing to actionable insights and reporting on key metrics to relevant teams (M2-M4).
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring adherence to HR policies and working collaboratively with People Partners and management.
