About the Role
We are seeking a People Business Partner to support our Product organization within a dynamic, high-growth tech environment. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who possesses strong foundational HR expertise, can work independently, and effectively collaborate with managers and cross-functional stakeholders. You will need to be hands-on, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing people-focused needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core People Business Partner functions for an assigned Product client group while independently handling day-to-day operations within established guidelines.
- Provide managers with expert guidance on performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, coaching, and the implementation of People initiatives.
- Execute essential People programs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effective follow-through on performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent processes.
- Leverage data, trends, and stakeholder insights to inform your recommendations and support managerial decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure the successful delivery of People programs and initiatives.
- Assist in managing organizational and structural changes by implementing best practices and change initiatives within the Product organization.
- Make informed decisions within established protocols and appropriately escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations.
