WHAT TO EXPECT
As a People & Culture Intern starting in August 2026, you will support our People & Culture team throughout the entire employee lifecycle and take charge of your own HR projects. Your contributions will help foster an inspiring and engaging work environment that stands out in the hospitality sector.
YOUR ROLE
Your days as a versatile People & Culture Intern will be diverse, but here’s a snapshot of what you can anticipate:
Welcome New Zokus: You will be the primary point of contact for new team members, assisting them with onboarding and helping them transition smoothly into life at Zoku.
Craft HR Communications: You’ll assist in drafting internal communications alongside our People & Culture team and manage responses to inquiries in our talent email inbox.
Conduct Interviews: Utilize your recruitment skills by helping interview potential new Zokus. You will receive training and mentorship from our People & Culture team and represent Zoku at job fairs.
