Your Responsibilities
As the People & Culture Manager, your pivotal role will involve fostering a high-performance culture by designing and executing employee engagement and talent management strategies. You'll utilize HR analytics, enhance leadership development, align initiatives with business goals, and spearhead impactful change management efforts. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Cultivating Organisational Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture, driving high performance and employee well-being.
Driving Employee Engagement: Create and execute comprehensive strategies and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
Learning & Development Initiatives: Execute our L&D strategy by designing training programs focused on leadership and technical skills, collaborating closely with our key leaders.
Overseeing Talent Management & Development: Design and implement talent management programs, including development, coaching, mentorship, and career planning.
Promoting Leadership Development: Introduce leadership development initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities across the organization, driving growth and innovation.
Supporting HR Strategy Development: Collaborate in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure organizational goals are met.
