YOUR MISSION
At Glovo, we are on the lookout for a top-notch People Generalist to become a pivotal member of our dynamic team located in Barcelona. In this role, you will support our Operations team, specifically focusing on our riders across Spain. Your contributions will be essential in various crucial areas, including staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, and optimizing efficient processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring sick leaves and numerous other HR functions.

THE JOURNEY
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding People-related policies, processes, and procedures.
- Facilitate engaging and meaningful experiences for employees.
- Track absenteeism KPIs, sick leaves, and workplace accidents.
- Handle documentation for both existing and new hires, including contracts and legal paperwork.
- Oversee your designated population within all People systems.
- Gather and maintain daily information from employees, such as sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, and modifications to hours and salaries.
- Support the labor team in performance management processes.
- Lead new projects aimed at the continuous improvement of our department.
