Your Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to collaborate with our People Analyst and manage various People Operations tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. This individual will take proactive ownership of essential HR programs and infrastructure, which includes benefits administration, 401(k) plan management, PEO coordination, HR systems, and personnel reporting, while also supporting special projects like new entity setup, international expansion, and equity issuance. This position is perfect for someone early in their HR career who desires exposure to sophisticated People Operations in a high-performance, rapidly growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of the company's 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contributions, compliance coordination, and vendor communication.
Assist in annual benefits renewals and open enrollment in collaboration with the PEO and benefits brokers.
Manage daily PEO operations, acting as a primary contact for employee record updates, benefits, payroll processing, and compliance issues.
Facilitate new company/entity setup, coordinating with legal, finance, payroll, and benefits providers.
Oversee the unemployment claims process, collaborating with external vendors to ensure timely documentation and responses.
Maintain and update the employee handbook, people policies, and internal documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support employee equity issuance processes, coordinating onboarding with legal, cap table providers, and internal stakeholders.
