THE JOB
As a People Partner at VEG, you’ll embody our ethos of finding a way to say YES. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance while fostering an exceptional workplace culture. You will be instrumental in building strong, collaborative relationships with key market leaders, local hospital management, and VEGgies. This position blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Utilize data-driven insights and relationship-building to guide leaders in making impactful people and business decisions, and drive regional people strategies and initiatives.
- Engage in weekly travel to hospitals within your assigned geography to maintain an active People Team presence, fostering positive relationships with on-site VEGgies and leaders. Collaborate with VQ, regional People, Operations, Nursing, and Medical Directors to implement a regional people strategy that supports local management and frontline staff.
- Assist in the development and execution of annual People processes, including talent reviews, engagement surveys, performance planning, and annual performance evaluations.
