As a Driver reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting our participants to and from their destinations, while fostering genuine, positive connections. You will conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure that vehicles are fully stocked with emergency supplies, prioritizing safety at every turn. Our structured training program equips you with the skills you need, and you will communicate effectively with dispatch and leadership.

In your daily responsibilities, you will:
- Adhere to a scheduled route for transporting PACE participants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
- Perform comprehensive pre-inspections on assigned vehicles, including lift vans and ADA accessible minibuses, before each shift.
- Assist participants with entering and exiting vehicles, including transferring them in and out of wheelchairs.
- Stay alert to feedback from team members, participants, and caregivers, promptly informing the Transportation Supervisor of any changes in a participant's condition or psychosocial status.
