As a Driver reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and reliable transportation of our participants to various locations, fostering meaningful connections along the way. You will conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and maintain emergency supplies in your vehicle to guarantee safety on each journey. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary for success, and you will collaborate closely with dispatch and leadership.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Transporting PACE participants according to a set schedule, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to all traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
- Conducting detailed pre-inspections of your assigned vehicles, including lift vans and ADA-compliant minibuses, before each shift.
- Assisting participants with boarding and alighting from vehicles, including transferring individuals in and out of wheelchairs.
- Remaining attentive to feedback from team members, participants, and caregivers, and promptly informing the Transportation Supervisor of any changes in a participant's condition.
