The CIH Inventory & Leads Program is the driving force behind capturing and converting high-intent consumer traffic into successful real estate transactions. Through strategic alliances with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage, this program supplies a diverse pipeline of leads to agents, featuring high-volume online inquiries and pre-qualified buyers prioritizing financing.
As a Performance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to enhance agent conversion performance by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability to convert demand into closed deals. You will collaborate directly with participating agents and closely partner with field leadership to strengthen agents' engagement, nurturing, and conversion of inbound leads. This is a performance-focused role that intersects agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents consistently adhere to best practices and program expectations.
Primary Objective
Boost conversion rates and revenue outcomes by refining agent behavior, tool adoption, and execution throughout the consumer lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
1. Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability
- Work directly with agents to enhance performance across the entire conversion funnel:
- Deliver actionable coaching grounded in real performance data
- Reinforce consistent application of performance frameworks
- Ensure agents meet program standards and expectations through lead allocation strategies and disengagement frameworks
2. Performance Management & Optimization
- Track agent performance across critical metrics
- Identify gaps and develop targeted improvement plans
- Monitor progress and tailor coaching based on results
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to address ongoing underperformance
3. Product & Workflow Adoption
- Encourage the adoption of Compass and partner tools that directly influence conversion rates
- Ensure agents utilize tools effectively to provide a premium client experience
- Link product usage to performance outcomes
4. Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics
- Analyze market data to inform strategies and improve performance
