As a Performance Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to evaluate performance, gauge the impact of campaigns and product modifications, and facilitate data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance & Growth Analytics
- Analyze and enhance performance across acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and marketplace efficiency, utilizing data to pinpoint growth drivers and identify inefficiencies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing and growth activities across various channels and initiatives, linking performance signals to provide clear recommendations regarding prioritization, de-prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Define, monitor, and manage core performance metrics, applying cohort analysis to track their evolution across user segments over time.
- Implement growth accounting and distribution-level analysis to break down growth into New, Retained, Expanded, Churned, and Resurrected components, assessing the depth and scalability of product-market fit.
- Translate analytical insights into data-driven recommendations for product strategy, go-to-market focus, and investment prioritization.
- Create scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks to aid executive and cross-functional decision-making.
2. Experimentation & Impact Measurement
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and controlled experiments to assess campaigns, product features, and growth initiatives, emphasizing the measurement of true incremental impact rather than relying on aggregate metrics.
- Apply counterfactual reasoning to evaluate potential outcomes without interventions, and use uplift or incremental response analysis to determine which users will benefit most from specific treatments.
- Support data-driven targeting and personalization strategies to maximize ROI while minimizing waste and adverse user impact.
