Your Role: Performance Designer
As our AppLovin Performance Designer, you will blend creativity, engineering, and performance marketing to produce engaging, high-impact interactive ad creatives that significantly enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team, Growth Strategists, and Creative Strategy to create MOF/BOF AppLovin creatives, HTML end cards, and interactive statics that surpass conventional formats.
This position is perfect for a designer who excels in experimentation, comprehends performance metrics, and seeks to innovate beyond static advertisements into interactive, conversion-focused creative solutions. You will work alongside our current Performance Designer, who manages Meta/social statics, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), sharing creative strategies, asset libraries, and insights across various channels.
