About the Position
The Growth Marketing division is rapidly expanding, focusing on seamlessly integrating user experiences both in and out of our products. Our mission is to engage, retain, and re-engage users, revealing the transformative potential of ChatGPT in their everyday lives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, design, data science, finance, and marketing—we identify scalable growth strategies that lead to measurable impacts across diverse markets.
Our team thrives on rapid experimentation, comprehensive measurement, and inventive problem-solving, all while prioritizing user value in our strategic decisions.
This role is located in New York, NY, and follows a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office each week. We also provide relocation assistance for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement global paid acquisition strategies across various channels (search, social media, influencer partnerships, programmatic, and emerging formats) to stimulate high-quality user growth.
Lead growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives by establishing hypotheses, developing measurement frameworks, improving conversion rates, and transforming insights into scalable strategies.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design, test, and optimize growth tools, automation of creative operations, and optimization algorithms.
Manage comprehensive performance metrics throughout the funnel, from reach and engagement to lifetime value and customer acquisition cost, identifying new opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
Develop AI-driven workflows that enhance our ability to scale, reach users, and personalize their journeys from initial engagement to in-product experiences optimized for lifetime value.
Build AI-first creative systems in collaboration with the design team to quickly prototype and test high-impact marketing assets.
Expand our growth channels and market reach, paying close attention to localization and the unique performance characteristics of different regions.
