About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our growth initiatives by seamlessly integrating out-of-product and in-product experiences. Your objective will be to attract, retain, and re-engage users, unlocking the transformative potential of ChatGPT in their everyday lives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, data science, finance, and marketing, you will identify and implement scalable growth strategies that deliver measurable results across diverse markets.
Our team thrives on rapid experimentation, meticulous measurement, and innovative problem-solving, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user value.
This position is based in San Francisco, where we offer a hybrid work model requiring three days in-office per week, along with relocation assistance for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global paid acquisition strategies across diverse channels (including search, social media, influencer partnerships, programmatic advertising, and emerging formats) to enhance high-quality user growth.
Lead growth experiments and A/B testing by formulating hypotheses, establishing measurement frameworks, improving conversion rates, and translating findings into scalable playbooks.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to create, test, and refine growth tools, automate creative operations, and optimize algorithms.
Oversee comprehensive performance metrics from user reach and engagement to customer lifetime value and customer acquisition costs, identifying new avenues for efficiency and scalability.
Innovate AI-driven workflows that enhance user acquisition, personalization, and LTV-optimized user journeys from out-of-product touchpoints to in-product experiences.
Design AI-first creative systems in collaboration with design teams to rapidly prototype and evaluate high-impact marketing assets.
Expand growth channels and market presence, ensuring attention to localization and regional performance nuances.
Drive partnerships with influencers and creators to amplify our brand reach.
