Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Digital Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid media, growth, and acquisition strategies across diverse digital channels. This pivotal role involves optimizing EveryWatch’s marketing tactics to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about harnessing digital marketing to expand an innovative technology platform in the luxury watch industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display advertising to stimulate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- SEO & SEM Management: Enhance search engine marketing (Google Ads, etc.) and organic search performance to boost visibility and drive traffic.
- Paid Social & Retargeting: Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and remarketing initiatives to elevate engagement and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, measure, and analyze key performance indicators using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools to ensure continuous optimization.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop A/B testing strategies for landing pages, advertisements, and website components to maximize conversions.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance ROI.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Remain informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within an e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-focused platform.
- Proficient in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
