Your Role
Develop and oversee a comprehensive paid campaign strategy aimed at meeting acquisition goals while minimizing customer acquisition costs.
Conduct growth experiments through new and emerging channels to identify additional scalable acquisition opportunities.
Take charge of the operations, optimization, and execution across all paid media channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring alignment with pipeline creation and ROI objectives.
Analyze, test, and optimize campaigns on a channel-by-channel basis to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Spot and implement innovation opportunities, infusing fresh creative strategies to maximize the effectiveness of paid channels.
Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives.
Leverage data and experimentation to refine campaigns, sharing insights and learnings that inform overall strategy.
Assist in go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches, contributing to messaging and channel strategy.
