Role: Performance Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Media/Activation Lead
Job Overview:
We are in search of a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in platform activation across Social, Search, and Programmatic media. This pivotal role involves executing aligned media strategies, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring our media initiatives meet specific objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in biddable media platforms, with a significant focus on client interaction and communication regarding tactical planning and performance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including strategic planners, performance media buyers, and analytics experts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the planning team to create media plans across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local strategies.
- Oversee and enhance ongoing campaigns with the buying team to achieve maximum performance and efficiency.
- Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Work with the analytics and media buying team to interpret data and modify strategies as necessary.
- Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns across various platforms.
