Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance UGC & Creator Manager to build and scale our performance-driven creative engine. This is not a conventional influencer manager position.
Your role will intersect various domains:
- Performance marketing
- Creator sourcing
- AI avatar systems
- Creative iteration
- Data-led testing
Your responsibility will be to systematically produce, source, test, and scale high-performing short-form creative content using both human creators and AI-driven workflows. You will manage one direct report who has led our influencer program so far.
You will collaborate closely with:
- The performance team (to identify what drives conversions)
- Creative strategists (to refine angles and hypotheses)
- Growth leads (to align on commercial priorities)
