What We Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from €56,222 to €66,310 based on experience

Ideal Candidate Profile
A Level 7 Degree in Social Care (must be registered with CORU) OR a Nursing Degree (must be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)).
Minimum of three years of managerial experience in the Health or Social Care sector.
A recognized managerial qualification at a minimum of level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications.
Proven track record of continuing professional development at the appropriate level.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with a team to develop a leading residential support service.
Role Overview
As a Person in Charge, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our residential facility for adults or children. The primary aim of this role is to maintain the highest standards of service and care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring that our vision and values are effectively communicated and implemented.
