JOB TITLE: Personal Functional Assessor
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: (JOB SUMMARY)
As a Personal Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting independent assessments for patients and service users. Your role will involve analyzing and interpreting clinical information alongside medical evidence to produce professional and concise reports.

- Work towards agreed productivity and quality targets while actively seeking and responding to feedback.
- Analyze and interpret clinical information to create concise, professional reports.
- Provide medical advice and carry out comprehensive medical examinations.
- Assess patients' capacity to perform functional activities and work-related tasks.
- Generate detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain high professional standards in all medical work.
- Achieve service and quality targets consistently.
- Ensure high standards of English language content and grammar in reports before submitting to clients.
- Deliver succinct, accurate reports in plain English.
- Make necessary amendments to reports as indicated by the Audit Team.
General Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain your professional development to stay updated with clinical evidence and practices.
- Coordinate effectively with administration, clinicians, management, and external clients to resolve queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including Group Clinical Operations, Project Managers, and Directors, to enhance service delivery.
- Uphold patient and client confidentiality while working from home, ensuring a secure workspace.
- Maintain high privacy and security standards for computers and internet connections used during work.
- Understand and operate within the client's Key Performance Indicators.
- Exhibit professionalism when interacting with clients and clinicians.
- Perform any additional duties compatible with the role as required.
