Join USI Holdings Corporation as a Personal Risk Specialist, an exciting opportunity for an outside sales professional dedicated to meeting the unique insurance needs of affluent and high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will not only cross-sell but also identify and establish new client sources.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments and engaging with high-net-worth individuals to understand their lifestyles, concerns, and specific insurance needs. You will provide tailored consultative advice and personal risk management solutions to ensure their peace of mind.
To achieve your annual sales goals, you’ll develop lists of prospective centers of influence and lead sources that align with our target market, utilizing the USI One Advantage. You will successfully penetrate assigned targets using our Engagement Platform process, collaborating with professionals such as lawyers, financial service advisors, and realtors who serve the affluent segment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify and navigate sales obstacles, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. You will also be responsible for managing prospect data and preparing personalized insurance proposals.
This position requires flexibility, including some evening hours, and the ability to travel frequently to meet clients.
