SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of pharmacy technicians at ARx Patient Solutions Pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily operations of pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to operational standards across both front-end and fulfillment areas.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy workflow, including queues and phone service levels.
- Develop and manage the pharmacy technician schedule, ensuring compliance with scheduling guidelines.
- Optimize resource allocation throughout the day to uphold workload demands and service level agreements.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Facilitate weekly team huddles to discuss communication updates, process enhancements, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to assess workload, performance, and areas for corrective action.
- Review daily timecards, conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations, focusing on strengths and areas for development.
- Enhance team morale and retention by being the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
- Address conflicts and grievances in collaboration with HR, when necessary.
- Engage in the hiring process of new pharmacy technicians and facilitate their training alongside ancillary staff.
- Commit to maintaining quality and efficiency through the continual review of processes and procedures.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for procedural enhancements.
- Ensure the team is informed about all updates regarding products, procedures, customer expectations, and company changes.
- Standardize procedures to boost efficiency among direct reports.
- Foster teamwork among pharmacy technicians and address any grievances that arise.
- Compile comprehensive reports based on submissions from team members.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
