About Kennedy International School:
Kennedy International serves approximately 230 students, providing bilingual English-French education from preschool to high school. The institution is recognized by the Ministry of National Education up to the 9th grade. High school students prepare for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.

Your Role:
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver the National Education curriculum in an engaging manner tailored to each student's development, focusing on differentiation and the effective use of assessments.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Consider the multilingual and linguistic diversity of students.
- Encourage student engagement by organizing a classroom centered around their needs and active participation.
- Regularly and fairly assess student progress and clearly communicate these developments to families.
- Stimulate students' intellectual curiosity and foster openness to various cultures.
- Act with integrity and serve as a positive role model.
- Implement positive reinforcement, assist with discipline management, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Exhibit a strong proficiency with digital tools: all preparations are conducted online and shared with parents and colleagues.
- Actively contribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities and initiatives.
