Team Overview: The Security team within the Real Estate department is dedicated to safeguarding the well-being of all NOA personnel while preventing property damage, trespassing, and theft. We strive to maintain a secure working environment through 24/7 electronic monitoring and physical response capabilities. Our security services encompass emergency and non-emergency first aid, after-hours access and escorts, employee badge management, parking assistance, lost and found services, business closure notifications, and more. **This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Wednesday, between 10 AM and 10 PM.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize the physical security and safety requirements for staff and properties.
- Oversee the operations of the physical security operations center, including electronic access control, network video surveillance, mass notification systems, and fire detection systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, threats, activated alarms, flooding, elevator emergencies, hazardous materials, adverse weather conditions, and suspicious activities.
- Administer the processes for company identification and access cards.
- Carry out tasks related to the management and monitoring of access to secured areas.
- Investigate and address reported suspicious activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication in dealings with personnel.
