We are currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) to serve patients in Torrance, Long Beach, Carson, Compton, Hermosa Beach, and surrounding areas. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own cities and scheduling your visits at your convenience.
Positions available are paid per visit, with competitive compensation offered as we partner with various HMO providers to ensure our therapists remain busy.
Integrity Rehab Services provides rehabilitation services in the home health setting across Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. We're looking for self-motivated, organized, and compassionate individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact in our patients' lives. A valid California PT or PTA license in good standing is required. While we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience, we welcome those with less experience who are motivated to learn and grow, as we offer mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities for PTAs:
- Follow the PT plan of care and provide updates to the supervising PT.
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to maximize patient function and independence.
- Develop home exercise programs.
- Maintain communication with staff, PT, MD, and agency regarding patient status, treatment plan implementation, changes, and discharge.
