Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional home care therapy under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
- Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes, assisting them in regaining strength and mobility.
- Maintain simple digital documentation of therapy sessions (training provided).
- Be a positive presence in your patients' lives!
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois PTA license and Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient locations.
- Comfortable with technology—familiarity with email, texting, and tablets (training available for those who need it).
