Qualifications
Required Qualifications:- Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in collegiate, professional, Olympic, tactical (military), aerospace, or similar high-performance environments, with recency within the last 2 years.- Current (or ability to obtain prior to start date) CPR certification.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct musculoskeletal evaluations and interventions to enhance the physical readiness of fighter aircrew.
- Design, implement, and monitor personalized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
- Order necessary imaging, lab tests, and specialist consultations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all activities in approved electronic record systems.
- Provide education to aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies.
- Adhere to all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
