- Must be a licensed physical therapist who upholds the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as defined by their professional organization and the State of Illinois.
- This role includes direct patient care, educational responsibilities, committee participation, and contributions to departmental process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a mentor for therapists and clinical interns in professional, clinical, communication, educational, and leadership activities.

- Displays essential competencies in treatment planning, ensuring the right evaluation methods and modalities are chosen. Conducts re-evaluations per department protocols and adjusts care plans as necessary.
